Piso para compartir en Calle del Acuerdo, 20, Universidad - Malasaña

Hi there!
I’m looking for a new roomie for September, my name’s Alma. It’ll be just the 2 of us and my small dog Happy( she doesn’t bark and she’s really sweet)

We will share the whole apartment( it’s an attic), though you’ll have your own private and amazing terrace, you may smoke there if you wish ( view to plaza España) apart from your room, obviously. There’s an elevator, washing machine, air conditioning, dishwasher, good Wi-Fi.. .

I’m in Conde Duque, very quiet and friendly neighbourhood in the city center( no noise) that’s nearly impossible to find in Madrid.
2 minutes walk from plaza España and 1 minute walk to Malasaña. Lots of subways, good restaurants, places to go and have a drink or a brunch around the area.

I would like to share with a nice person, who doesn’t want to party at all times and respects the other one, as well as their privacy.

I work from home and I’m 39 years old, so I’d prefer not sharing with ‘kids’ nor drama queens.

Price: 850 expenses. One month rental fee. All the expenses(air-con, electricity, Wi-Fi ,heater, water….)and a cleaning lady twice a month are included. 1000€ per month in total.
