For our spacious, modern and fully equipped office in the heart of Barcelona (@22), we are looking for a sub-tenant or co-tenant effective immediately or by arrangement.

The office has 24 fully equipped workstations (table, chair, monitor, keyboard/mouse and desk drawer), as well as a meeting room with TV for video conferences.

We would like to rent a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 jobs for a minimum period of 12 months. The rental price will include all services such as electricity, internet, cleaning, water, air conditioning / heating. That means that you only pay the rent and you don't have to worry about any other expenses, records, signing contracts. We would like to have a consulting or software development company as "office partners", but we do not exclude other industries or service providers.

As we are an international company based in Zurich (Switzerland), in the office we speak Spanish, German, English, French and other languages, for this reason, we are also open to international Start-Ups.
