Después de solo un año, vendemos este hermoso apartamento completamente amueblado. No porque no nos guste Hacienda Riquelme, ¡todo lo contrario! Nos alojamos aquí y hemos encontrado un ático maravilloso.

Hacienda Riquelme es un paraíso para quienes aman la paz, la tranquilidad y la naturaleza. Solo pasamos tres meses en el apartamento. Está en excelentes condiciones, no necesita reformas y puedes mudarte con tu maleta inmediatamente después del cierre.

Por cierto: Los gastos mensuales son Euros 220,00 y incluyen seguridad 24 horas, recogida de basura, alumbrado público, mantenimiento de todo el complejo e internetTV.

After just one year, we´re selling this beautiful, fully furnished apartment. Not because we don´t like Hacienda Riquelme—quite the opposite! We´re staying here and have found a wonderful penthouse for ourselves.

Hacienda Riquelme is a paradise for anyone who loves peace and quiet and nature. We only spent three months in the apartment. It´s in excellent condition, needs no renovations, and you can move in with your suitcase right after the closing.

Nach nur einem Jahr verkaufen wir diese schöne Wohnung komplett möbliert. Nicht weil uns Hacienda Riquelme nicht gefällt, ganz im Gegenteil wir bleiben hier und haben für uns ein wunderschönes Penthouse gefunden.

Hacienda Riquelme ist ein Paradies für alle die Ruhe und die Natur lieben. Wir haben nur drei Monate in der Wohnung verbracht. Sie ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, braucht nicht zu renoviert werden und man kann nach dem Notartermin direkt mit seinem Koffer einziehen.

Eine Besichtigung lohnt sich!
