A fantastic opportunity to purchase a 4-bedroom villa with a separate 2-bedroom guest house! Situated in a beautiful rural location, just outside Alora, on the road to El Chorro and the famous “El Caminito del Rey” walk. Access to the property is via a tarmac road leading to a private entrance with an electric gate. The plot of approx. 4,500 m² is, thanks to the availability of irrigation water, planted with various citrus, fruit and nut trees. The views are panoramic and breathtaking! The main villa offers plenty of privacy, has a beautiful courtyard garden, a private swimming pool and a covered terrace. The house has many modern features, including newly installed solar panels with a battery system (5KWh), high-speed broadband internet, modern aluminium windows with security locks, water softening and water filtration for drinking water. Drinking water is supplied via a mains water system from the neighbouring village of Bermejo. Continuing from the hall, you enter a traditional sitting room with a wood-burning stove, Andalusi-an tiles and the staircase to the first floor. The fully fitted kitchen is spacious and contains every-thing you need: a large 5-burner hob with double oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Beyond the kitchen is a handy utility room/storage area and a fully tiled shower room, with a toilet, washbasin and shower. There is also access from here to the private garden with swimming pool.
