Haus in Partida Pla de Petrarcos, 9, Castell de Castells
Castell de Castells
This exceptional off-grid finca offers total peace, privacy, and independence, set within a fully fenced plot surrounded by pine forest, open valley views, and nature in every direction. A rare find for those seeking tranquillity without sacrificing comfort. The main house is all on one level and ready to move into, with no work required. It is full of character and warmth, featuring vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, terracotta clay floors, natural stone details, and French windows opening onto multiple terraces. The spacious living room is a true heart of the home, complete with a large log burner, while the rustic kitchen is beautifully laid out with a large pantry and generous workspace. Comfort is assured year-round with central heating powered by a pellet burner, solar energy, and a completely off-grid system, while still benefiting from WiFi. There is limited mobile phone signal, making this an ideal digital detox or wellness retreat. The property includes independent guest accommodation/mini studio with its own large bathroom and outside kitchen, below the pool terrace — perfect for visitors, retreats, or rental flexibility. Outside, the finca truly shines: beautifully established gardens with quiet corners for reading or meditation, a swimming pool with mountain views, a large storage shed, carport, and massive entrance gates with extensive off-road parking. Despite the rural setting, the property is just a short drive into town in both directions, offering the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility. This is not just a house — it’s a lifestyle. Peaceful, powerful, grounding, and completely unique. I fell in love — and you probably will too.
