There is a fourth room connected to the kitchen, but this can be separated and the original doorway to the hall reinstated, so you would have four separate rooms coming of the main hallway.\n\nNext to the Cave house is an older cave house, around the same size but in need of more work to make habitable. \n\n \n\nAbove the cavehouses is an older building, previously used for storage but in such poor condition, the remaining part of it needs to be demolished.\n\n \n\nThe front of the property has a really nice flat area, ideal for building a porch for some shade, and will be great to have a swimming pool and garden area. Just above the flat area is some more land that belongs to the house, here you have some olive trees planted. This area is ideal for a garden to grow some fruit and veg.\n\n \n\nThere is no electricity that can be connected to the property, it will need a Solar system and it will also need a water tank.\n\n \n\nThe property sits just inside the Murcia border, so purchase tax is cheaper here than in Alicante province, and the property sits in an area of great natural beauty, having views of the Murcian and Alicante mountains from the garden.\n\n \n\nThe town of Macisvenda has everything you need for daily life, it has a great community with a lovely old Spanish feel.\n\n \n\nThe nearby Town of Hondón de los Frailes is less than 8 minutes drive, and has a large population of British, Dutch and Belgium residents with many English speaking Bars, Cafes and restaurants to choose from.\n\n \n\nMurcia city and the large commercial retail park, along with IKEA are only 30 minutes drive from the Villa.\n\n \n\nAlicante Airport is 45 minutes drive, and Murcia Airport is around 50 minutes.
