The neighborhood is family-friendly and commercial, with metro and bus services nearby, allowing you to reach the center of Barcelona in 30 minutes or less. Park Güell and Vila de Gracia are just a short bus ride away. Many items are provided in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as bed linen. Wi-Fi is included in the price. Electricity and water are not included. A €200 deposit and current monthly rent are required. Minimum stay is 6 months. Habitación para Chica en piso compartido donde disponemos de tranquilidad, armonía. Nos interesa que el tercer integrante sea trabajador y acepte cuidar el lugar y sus áreas comunes. Los alrededores del barrio son familiarcomercial, teniendo los servicios de metro y bus muy cercanos para poder estar en 30min o menos en el centro de Barcelona. Muy pocos minutos en bus del Parque Güell y Vila de Gracia. Cuentas con muchos elementos en cocina y baño para utilizar, así como ropa de cama. Wifi contemplado en el precio. Luz y agua no incluidos.
