With Ayora hosting many festivals through the year, one of which being the honey festival , which Ayora is famous for and the Ayora valley which has its own eco system and houses birds and animals not seen in other areas, so attracts many Birdwatchers, Walkers and Cyclists that can enjoy this unique open space in the valley and expanse of the national park, which is behind these plots of land. Based on local research from accommodation that is available seasonally in the area and if the level of these tourist cabins is aimed at maximum comfort they should individually rent for approximately 800-1000 Euros per week each, depending on season , which would give a turnover based on the lower rental figure and 50 per cent occupancy level of 104 thousand p.a excluding any income from the Café/Restaurant which can be built on site.
