Of which a complex of Holiday Cottages/Cabins for Commercial use ranging from 50 -80 metres each and connected by outdoor areas that lead to a Swimming Pool. Also Catering Establishments to be used in conjunction with this Tourism Project. Due to the amount of privately owned farms and houses in the Ayora/Teresa area, there is a large demand for Rental Accommodation of this nature. With Ayora hosting many festivals through the year, one of which being the honey festival , which Ayora is famous for and the Ayora valley which has its own eco system and houses birds and animals not seen in other areas, so attracts many Birdwatchers, Walkers and Cyclists that can enjoy this unique open space in the valley and expanse of the national park, which is behind these plots of land. Based on local research from accommodation that is available seasonally in the area and if the level of these tourist cabins is aimed at maximum comfort they should individually rent for approximately 800-1000 Euros per week each, depending on season , which would give a turnover based on the lower rental figure and 50 per cent occupancy level of 104 thousand p.a excluding any income from the Café/Restaurant which can be built on site. As can be seen this gives you a fantastic ROI which on this Plot 2 OF 2 -3 Years and if combined with Plot 1 as a Horse Riding or Kennel Business substantially less time.
