As\u00ed, del an\u00e1lisis se desprende que e<strong>n 2022 la oferta disponible en el mercado de vivienda heredada supone el 14,6% del total,<\/strong> frente al 13,7% que representaba en 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed, los herederos que deciden vender la vivienda alcanzan una cifra del 20,7% del total de vendedores de vivienda en 2022, frente al 17,6% del 2019.
