Por primera vez en 2021, se supera la barrera de los 40.000 cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios firmados en tan solo un mes. Adem\u00e1s, se trata del mejor dato desde marzo de 2011, cuando se firmaron <strong>42.982 hipotecas<\/strong>. \u00abEs probable que cerremos el a\u00f1o con m\u00e1s de 400.000 hipotecas firmadas\u00bb, explica Mar\u00eda Matos, la directora de Estudios de Fotocasa.
