T<strong>his is especially true in coastal areas, high-value markets, tourist zones, and residential developments where this amenity is a major selling point.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fotocasa has analyzed the market for homes for sale with pools in Spain to identify the neighborhoods where this feature appears most frequently in listings.
