Sometimes, for work or personal reasons, it is impossible for us to attend the community meeting. The <b data-path-to-node=\"15\" data-index-in-node=\"105\">Horizontal Property Law<\/b> requires the delegation to be reliably proven. As stated in Article 15 of the <strong>LPH<\/strong>: \u00abAttendance at the general meeting shall be personal or by legal or voluntary representation, a written document signed by the owner being sufficient to accredit this.\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15\">Therefore, the transfer of the vote must be presented through a <strong>signed written document<\/strong>.
