According to data from the <strong>Colegio de Registradores<\/strong>, <strong>13.58% of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fotocasa.es\/fotocasa-life\/buyers\/how-to-buy-a-house-in-spain-as-a-non-resident-foreigner\/?lang=en\">property transactions<\/a> completed in the third quarter of 2025<\/strong> were carried out by foreign buyers.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"500\" data-end=\"1016\">Within this context, <strong>Andalusia<\/strong> ranks as one of the most attractive Autonomous Communities for purchasing property. In this region, <strong>12.96% of property transactions<\/strong> were completed by foreign citizens, with some provinces standing out in particular due to their strong international presence.
