  • Place your advertisement in the top positions and increase its effectiveness.
  • The advertisements that appear in the top positions receive 80% of all visits and contacts.
  • You can send as many SMS as you wish.
  • Your advert must contain at least one photo.

We advise you to raise your advertisement every two or three days to increase the possibilities of selling or renting your property. Why is it important to bump my advert?

Instructions for sending:

  1. You send an SMS with the text SUBIDA + advert reference number to 27575. (For example, SUBIDA 122970536).
  2. We´ll send you an SMS to inform you that your advertisement will be raised in a few minutes to the top positions on the list of results for your area.
