Report on the price of housing to rent - April 2012

Every month fotocasa.es publishes the average rental housing price in Spain. To be able to offer this information, fotocasa.es bases itself on its more than 1,000,000 properties, the largest property offering on the Internet, and benefits from the methodology used by the IESE business school.  The historic price series we have available to us start from December of 2006, and are broken down by autonomous communities, provinces and municipalities all over Spain, as well as by districts in Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia.
